schedule change

Today was my first day back on a day shift at work. I now work from 4am to 1pm, Monday-Friday. I'm trying to get my body to switch sleeping times again and last night was a bad start. I tried to go to sleep at 10pm and hoped to get about 5 hours of sleep. Instead I layed there very uncomfortably for about 3 hours and slept for 2. I'm going to go take a nap now.

Now this means that we have to think of you in different terms.

like... the fact that you are working right now and not sleeping!
You can't stay up quite so late now, either, right? And what about your prayer time. Are you going to change it?

I want to talk about Survivor. Last week was one of the best challenges EVER in my book. I would've LOVED to be in on that one!
